A bright and colorful sequel to the iconic rhythm game
Samba de Amigo: Party-To-Go is a rhythm game that comes free with an Apple Arcade subscription. This title from SEGA is a direct sequel to the iconic arcade game, Samba de Amigo, which features a number of your favorite SEGA characters, including Sonic the Hedgehog and Tails.
Similar to its first iteration, Samba de Amigo: Party-To-Go requires players to shake their maracas and hit the beats in time in order to rack up their scores. Every once in a while, you’ll have to follow the direction of some arrows and follow certain dance moves, as well.
Move with the music
With maracas in hand, players are invited to groove and shake to the rhythm of 40 songs that span a number of different genres. These songs include “The Edge of Glory” by pop singer, Lady Gaga; “DADDY” by K-Pop artist PSY; and “The Walker” by indie pop band Fitz and the Tantrums. As more updates roll in, even more songs are planned to be added to the game’s lineup, as well.
As you embark on a musical adventure to restore lost music, you'll explore Amigo's hometown, complete challenges, and encounter new characters. Customization takes center stage too, allowing players to showcase their personal style by dressing up Amigo in various themed outfits and accessories. The gameplay stages are a feast for the senses, combining dazzling visuals with rhythm-based challenges that allow you to enjoy a more immersive experience.
With appearances from familiar characters under the same game developer and some nods to Samba de Amigo: Party-To-Go’s predecessor, fans can look forward to a number of exciting Easter Eggs as they venture out into the bright and colorful world of this action rhythm game. Just make sure to have a little more than 2 GB of free space on your device to download the game and accommodate any additional game files.
